Meet the team: Sophie

Sophie began her career in travel in 2009 as a cruise ship entertainer, gaining firsthand insight into the guest experience while exploring destinations around the world. Since returning to land in 2013, she continued her journey in travel, building experience in retail shops, admin, sales and aftersales teams. Today, as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Tripsmiths, Sophie combines her love of travel, storytelling and customer experience. She's passionate about helping people discover their next adventure - and usually planning her own at the same time!
