We'd personally recommend visiting the Nordics in the autumn or winter, but it really does depend on what you're seeking from your travel experience. Between November and March is best for snow and Northern Lights sightings. However, the days are short and the temperatures can be below freezing. Winter is a great opportunity to embark on thrilling pursuits such as dog sledding and snowmobiling, as well as staying in an iconic Ice Hotel.
Travel to the Nordics during the summer and you'll experience the Midnight Sun, 18-24 hours of daylight. This a great time of year to experience all around you: cruise the fjords, go hiking and embrace the outdoor cafe culture of the region.
