Fred Olsen offers a Satisfaction Guarantee, which means if you feel a cruise isn't right for you within 48 hours of boarding, they'll fly you home from the next available port and refund your cruise fare in full.

  • Excludes party night and cruises under 4 nights
  • Only for bookings made more than 12 weeks in advance
  • Notify Guest Relations within 48 hours of departure
  • Refund covers cruise fare only
