Which destinations are best?

Some of the best destinations around the world combine stunning natural landscapes with beautifully manicured gardens. Best destinations for glorious gardens and flower fields would be a good starting point, if you're looking to book a horticultural holiday.

It all depends on the season you wish to travel and if you have any preference on destination. You could choose to see springtime blooms in the Netherlands, as tulips take over; visit Madeira in May for its annual Flower Festival; or for long-haul travel, you must visit Japan for cherry blossom season.

There's nothing like an English country garden and we're blessed with plenty of beautiful ones - in Kent, Sussex, Cornwall and the Cotswolds to name a few. Or see Monet's gardens in France and you'll soon discover much of his inspiration.
