Leave London St Pancras by Eurostar in the morning or early afternoon. Upon arrival in Brussels, you'll meet your Tour Manager and transfer to your hotel. You'll then have the rest of the day free to relax.
Alternatively, you can choose to fly to Amsterdam and meet the rest of your group at the hotel.
After a late breakfast and a free morning, board the coach at about 1pm and transfer to Maastricht.
Arriving in the mid-afternoon, you'll be free to shop and sightsee in the city, or to join our optional summertime dinner cruise, including a welcome drink and a two-course buffet dinner for £55pp. Let your knowledgeable guide bring the city to life during this 90-minute cruise, pointing out historic sights and places of interest, including André Rieu 's castle home on St Pieter's Hill.
In the evening, take your seat for a wonderful summer concert performance from André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra, Choir, Soloists and Special Guests. André's trademark waltzes will bring the music of 19th-century Vienna to life, and there will also be beautiful melodies from opera, musicals, film and well-known classical compositions.
After this not-to-be-missed experience, you'll make your way to your coach for a late return to your hotel.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast with some free time before joining your tour manager on a coach visit to explore the captivating, artistic city of Utrecht.
This colourful canal city, which was once one of the Netherlands' foremost religious and political centres, boasts glorious medieval architecture. Packed with museums, galleries and boutique cafés, Utrecht offers a quintessentially Dutch experience and is perfect for a relaxed time on the waterfront.
Perhaps pay a visit to Domplein Square for views of the towering Domtoren, an impressive 14th-century belltower overlooking the city, and the magnificent St Martin's Cathedral with its Gothic facades and garden courtyards.
After a delightful afternoon in Utrecht, return to your hotel.
Transfer back to the airport to board your flight home, taking with you a host of memories of a very special break to André Rieu's hometown. Or if you have chosen to travel by train, you will board the train at Brussels back to St Pancras.
