THE LOCATION

The hotel is centrally positioned in New Town on George Street, which is known for its high-fashion shops, bars and restaurants.

You're within walking distance of various attractions (including art galleries and the Scott monument) as well as Waverley station.

By car: around an hour from Glasgow, 2 hours 30 minutes from Newcastle and 4 hours 30 minutes from Manchester. Paid parking available nearby.

By train: Glasgow Queens Street to Edinburgh Waverley takes around 50 minutes, it's 3 hours from Manchester Piccadilly and 4 hours 45 minutes from London Kings Cross - after which, it's a 15-minute walk to the hotel. Book trains to Edinburgh.
