The restaurant serves up beautifully presented plates using locally sourced and foraged ingredients. The tender lamb with black garlic and braised lettuce was delicious. For lighter fare, head to the bar or one of the lounges. The summer hampers for picnics in the grounds or beyond are a lovely touch - there's even a children's hamper.
