THE LOCATION

The hotel is located in the Cannaregio district, next to the famous Jewish ghetto. It's quieter than the main tourist areas here, and full of bars, cafés and artisan shops.

The Madonna dell'Orto vaporetto stop is 300m from the hotel; Santa Lucia train station is a 20-minute walk away.

By plane: London to Venice take 2 hours, after which an airport boat (or water taxi) takes over an hour to the hotel. Book flights to Venice.

CHARACTER & STYLE

The décor combines its 17th-century origins with modern features. The vaulted ceiling adds grandeur, along with the marble floor and Murano glass chandeliers.

THE FACILITIES

The botanic garden is a boon for Venice. and was planted in the 18th Century. Staff are welcoming and friendly. You can take the private shuttle from the hotel to St. Mark's Square (at a cost).
