The restaurant serves seasonal dishes prepared using local ingredients sourced from small producers - thanks to Chef Gianni Briarava. The hotel has a cellar and the wine list is very well thought-out, with many wines available by the glass. The shrimp tartare is divine, perfect to enjoy with a chilled white wine on the veranda as you watch yachts bob up and down in the water.
