You're within walking distance of a plethora of great eateries, bars and eclectic shops. Brighton has a huge array of independent art galleries and there's history through attractive buildings like the iconic Royal Pavilion, created as a seaside pleasure palace for King George IV.

Just opposite the sea, Drakes is in a convenient position to experience the beach, buzzing pier and extensive nightlife.

By car: over 2 hours from London and Oxford, and 3 hours from Bristol. On-site parking costs £15 per day.

By train: trains from London Victoria and London Bridge take around 1 hour. It's a 10-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) from the station. Book trains to Brighton.
