THE LOCATION
There's plenty to do in the local area - from the Camel Trail which can be found opposite the hotel's entrance, to the coast's coves and sandy beaches which are a short drive away. Explore the moorlands or hire a bike to admire the scenery.
On the edge of Bodmin, it's a 20-minute drive to the moor, with its many myths and legends.
By car: around 5 hours from London and Manchester, and 2 hours 30 minutes from Bristol. Free on-site parking available.
By train: London to Bodmin Parkway takes around 4 hours, after which, a taxi takes 15 minutes to the hotel. Book trains to Bodmin Parkway.

CHARACTER & STYLE
The hotel seamlessly blends old with new. The huge glass roof and Victorian cell doors give a sense of what the building used to be like in its former use. The original stone walls are exposed and low lighting helps create ambience.
