MORE INFORMATION

THE LOCATION

Immerse yourself in the heart of the forest, where free-roaming ponies casually trot past your window. Despite the occasional busyness of the road, the donkeys seem unfazed. Paultons Park, Longdown Activity Farm, Beaulieu Palace and the National Motor Museum are some of the local attractions on offer.

This is a lovely countryside setting, yet you're just a mile from the M27 with easy access to Winchester, Southampton and Bournemouth.

By car: From London, the drive takes 2 hours 30 minutes. From Brighton, it's 2 hours fifteen minutes, and from Salisbury it takes 30 minutes.

By train: From London Waterloo, guests can take the train to Ashurst and then take a taxi to the hotel. This takes just under two hours. Book trains to Ashurst.

CHARACTER & STYLE

The meticulous attention to detail becomes evident from the moment you enter, with a vibrant floral display enhancing the entrance. Flagstone floors in the reception seamlessly transition to stripped floorboards in the restaurant, where exposed brickwork and oak beams are complemented by sage-coloured wood panelling on the walls.

THE FACILITIES

The inn offers two 18-hole golf courses - one on a well-kept green and the other in an open forest, maintained by grazing cattle. During the summer, enjoy games like giant Connect Four or boules in the garden. Guests can expect exceptional service from a dedicated team that strives to anticipate their client's requirements.
