The Courtyard Restaurant is open all day, with a choice of breakfast, lunch, an early-bird dinner and à la carte dining menus. There's an emphasis on local and Irish produce. We loved the seabass with crab, lobster and seasonal greens. Each dish comes with a recommended wine pairing on the menu.

Brunswick Bar & Lounge: relaxed, old-world charm. Open for lunch and dinner.
