Located in the charming coastal village of Maidencombe, Orestone Manor is conveniently located a fifteen-minute drive from Torquay. If you're up for a little adventure, a secluded sandy beach awaits at the bottom of a steep hill, which can be reached by foot from the hotel. However, for exploring the surrounding areas, having a car would be recommended.

To get the most out of staying in this area, we reccommend travelling with a car.

By train: Newton Abbot station is a 13-minute drive from the hotel, accessed from London Paddington within 2 hours 30 mins, 1 hour 20 from Bristol, 3 hours from Birmingham. Book trains to Newton Abbot.

By car: The hotel is 4 hours from London, almost 3 hours from Southampton, 1 hour from Taunton and 2 hours 30 mins from Cardiff. There is parking at the hotel.
